Again. Instead of useless posts and tweets. Get in the business at hand. Take off the rose coloured glasses and take a dose of reality also. There has been multiple red flags with this biz- since the chap with the high opinion of himself took the reigns.
so let me spell out the red flags
1) signing up for power agreement with a non going concern company (sunpower pipe dream)
2) misssteps with the business - choosing to change direction.
3) to many times to market with cap raising for project with questionable economics- incl blind faith in vandium. ( hint look at global projects where they are more advanced than Tivan.
- in a time where credit markets are squeezed for liquidity ( Ie where there are far more viable projects to invest in)
4) Failure to be included in Australian critical minerals investment report (why was Tivan missed)?
5) now another capital raise with failure to submit accounting report on time?
So! What can you conclude?
