many, many confused thoughts in my head

We have two things here, on the one hand the capital increase, and on the other hand the non-submission of the half-yearly report, which actually have nothing to do with each other.

purely theoretically, if the capital increase were completed, it could already have been published…. because this has nothing to do with the trading suspension. This is based on the lack of the half-yearly report….

Since I am personally convinced that the half-yearly report has been ready for a long time and is in the drawer at Tivan, I believe that these trading suspensions are exactly what Tivan wanted and planned... and they are doing it because they need time for whatever.. and that can only be something big and positive for us...

if there is a capital increase of $3 million and Tivan declares that it messed up the half-year report then I would be extremely disappointed, but the thought alone is beyond my imagination
