What's all the fuss about?

There's nothing exciting going on here - just another stock standard capital raise probably at some sort of haircut (hopefully not a significant one).

TVN had until the 15th March to submit the December 2023 quarter cashflows.

Clearly cashflows don't look great for us right now as a spec stock in need of more capital.

It is no co-incidence in the timing of the 14th March for a capital raise announcement. They've beaten the 15th March buzzer and therefore no need to put that information to the general public and let the stock take another 10% hit and reduce that rolling average of share price.

Instead now there is time to finalise the capital raise privately with the share price frozen. Maybe the CR wasn't quite ready and they had to jump early at the 14th - it's a judgement call to make.
Now the 15th has elapsed TVN is required to release that info, which I'm sure it will - together with the capital raise details.

I don't expect this to be anything more than that.

Everyone needs to chill. The sky isn't falling. But I also highly doubt there's a pot of gold about the get announced either.
