GW is excellent at what he does - his strategic thinking and negotiation skills are up their with the best. Work ethic is second to none. Unsure what has happened with this non-compliance notice from the ASX but there would be a person (or persons) in the business that is primarily responsible for this sort of stuff - e.g. company secretary.
