What I find absolutely amazing is that despite telegraphing well in advance that they were going to do a CR, nothing, at the very minimum appears to have been set up when they went it a halt. Add the latest debacle and the failure to maintain minimum appropriate control of listing rules, all of this makes Tivan look like a second rate Mum and Dad corner shop.
