Debt isn't cheap anymore, globally, so someone's gonna want their 'pound of flesh' and some for the 'at-risk' money, especially considering we've been trying to 'fund this project' for a good 12-months or more now by my count, and haven't seen any majors opting in, somewhat 'telling' in and of itself unfortunately...
