Still looking into it, appears if they go into administration and company folds and de-registers as a buisness, then creditors owed money might get some cents back in the dollar and shareholders will be able to claim losses. If it delists then shareholders are screwed, no write offs on CGT loss unless you have an accountant that understands the few loop holes to get around it and claim the loss.
