Commsec have a form that you need to fill out. The registrar MAY be able to help or you can sell them to delisted.com, the last option costs are about $75, the Commsec charged $50..those are prices that I found years ago so could be a bit more than that now.
I would be curious to hear how you go and how do you set a price that the ATO would be happy with for the purchaser.
