Long time. SPP didn't raise much, and I'd guess not much in the way of customer cash receipts if ASX aren't letting them trade again yet. Next stop Administrators, or voluntary delist? There must be something planned next FY given the extension of escrow and deferred consideration shares to 30th June.
Holders have been a bit screwed here. If they hadn't lodged the Quarterly late would the ASX have suspended them, or just asked a question. Management have seriously let holders down imo.
