    unfortunately they can’t vote without an AGM or EGM being held, they can’t hold a meeting unless all the reporting obligations are up to date, how will ASIC and ASX react if they don’t do this correctly, can they freeze cash and escrowed shares?, just seems the saga hasn’t finished
