Now an outcome has been reached, I could be wrong but the finalisation of previous reports and getting them up to Date and voting on the deal via an EGM would make FFX eligible for reinstatement although this won't happen before the end of June which I believe is a delistment deadline.

This would assist LLL to follow the same path and get released from suspension, bloodbath to follow, rebuild from there.

Happy for correction as there seems to still be plenty of murky hurdles to jump over.
