It looks to me as though there is yet some water to pass under the bridge before trading could commence which would require the company to have certainty of solvency. In view of the Charge over all assets of the company, that does not seem possible and I doubt this could ever come out of suspension.
The ASX is not going to allow reinstatement just so shareholders can sell their shares to some other poor unfortunate.
