    Hello. Its "complex" when funding is difficult to weak financial economics. I doubt there is anyone on the pulse in the Tanzanian govt that understands mining economic very well because the Tanzanian government appeared unable to defend itself against the legal claims of IDA. The Tanzaniun govt had to pay the company IDA US$90M for a nickel project that looked worthless to me.
