If you recall, there was a chance that by making the big for HiPurA, Impact may have fallen in to the position of requiring a scheme of arrangement with the creditors. That's a massive mares nest of issues, regulations wise, and would require HiPura's creditors and shareholders to vote, and then go before a judge. Think, 4-6 weeks for notice periods, etc etc.
Not an expert, but it's not as simple as writing a basic stock market fluff piece.
