i agree that money 'available to them" should not be taken seriously...and the asx should not even considr reinstating them until "available money" becomes "money in the bank"...but what idiot is going to take any number of off market shares that it cannot trade (let alone the 10billion it would need to pay all bills and have working capital...not forgetting the possibility of losing tenements by forfeiture..

(if the mining warden was to take into account their ability (or lack off) to service those at risk tenements they would surely lose them).
