Lyden, others here would know better than i, how the Warden Office works.
They had 9 years to do something at The Ladies. They defaulted on paying Rividium 3 times for the leases & Rividium sold them to another company.
Isn't it correct that after they sold Kat Gap & got the 7 million they tried to buy them then , but were knocked back .
Where did the shareholders benefit in any of this ?

I agree with your logic that how can they issue 1.25 billion shares to creditors, when there is no indication the AXS is going to reinstate them , unless they get more money.
The 4 supporters here were trying to help them get more money from the public again. How many would have participated in that ?
Why can't the family put up some money now , they bled it for 13 years.
One of the 4 was desparate to get his $31K back , on reinstatement, but that looks 'dead in the water' now.
