Lynden, In three years i never saw the directors owning any shares , or participating in any capital raises. We never know who were behind the owners of the Convertible Notes that were paying 3 per cent a month cumulative , which would work out around 50 per cent per annum. These Convertible Notes converted into shares for a fraction of the cost other shareholders had paid . This allowed the insiders to have the voting numbers to pass the vote to sell Kat Gap & pay the financiers . It was one big round Robin, with the retail shareholders outside the money loop . It also looks like the creditors who did work for them , got stung like the shareholders.
