Lynden, I think Onthepunt is right, the $10 issues are just some administrative, compliance thing.

I have worked out what's going on with the Forestania Ladies leases. CLZ has lost them; those who now own them have nothing to do with CLZ. So, even if CLZ could win the right to mine them, they would be doing so, on someone else's leases and would be paying them for the privilege, as well as having no infrastructure to process with. Likely, they would have to cart ore 100 kilometers to a mill if they could find one. Nobody is going to accept the use of their Gekko, when it failed at Kat Gap . CLZ is years away from doing anything at the Ladies, even with the best efforts of the Physiotherapist. CLZ will find it almost impossible to raise capital , given burning financiers , contractors and shareholders .
All they have going for them is an elderly physiotherapist & 4 drongo's on social media, half of which are ex- employee contractors ie likely loader operators & truck driver
