Dear Hayley, Triton Minerals Limited (Triton or Company) hereby requests to continue the voluntary suspension of the trading of its securities effective immediately. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Triton advises that: a) the Company requests the suspension in relation to the draft announcement of the results of the Scoping Study, which was sent to the ASX for review on 19 April 2017; b) the Company expects to make an announcement in respect of the results of the Scoping Study when the review process is complete; c) the Company expects the voluntary suspension to remain in place until the announcement of the results of the Scoping Study, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Monday, 1 May 2017; d) it is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted; and e) it is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
