As outlined in the request for trading halt and the suspension of the company shares the Company submitted the Scoping Study Announcement for approval for release on 19^th April.
Both ASX and ASIC have increased focus on Scoping Studies since the start of the year and require them to be cleared before release.
It is not just Triton who is having this requirement and delays to releasing of the studies.

I share your frustration at this and we are working with the regulators to get the release out.

As presented last week we are not letting this release delay our FS study as the all the study consultants have been appointed and the reserve, geotech and hydro drilling has now commenced as part of this process.

We are very hopeful of having clearance for the release very shortly.
