In any case the company needs to abide by the existing rules.

But if there were delays in the approval process why does Triton ask for a one day continuation of suspension?

Surely TON has been afflicted by these rules by now. These articles were August 2016, and TON would have had ample warning about the rules, hence writing their report within the rules???
