Hi Bloke Just to clarify, company can't be forced into a VA, a VA is a voluntary administration where the company elects to be administrred by accountants.
This is usually done so if there is a financial issue, where a third party (the administrators/accountants) run the business and come to a conclusion of weather the company should continue or be wind down by the end of the period.
This is clearly not the case for TON, I worked as an insolvency accountant and it is uncommon to come out of an administration unless there is a viable business and usually the company is very well run with a proper plan forward by the end of it.
