Wouldn't be too hard to do a raise, when the company is already a gold producer and gold at all time highs plus very prospective nickel tenements it should be very easy to raise funds. Companies without any proven resources have market caps four five times higher than Rez. Feels like there is more than the capital raise. Capital raise could be needed for something else than just operational activities
