If this takes another 2 weeks, it does look like IDC won't be it, so this is probably the last chance for them to raise whatever fund they need, thus taking this long and they have to pull all strings required.

Might as well give investors a new schedule on phosphate construction, and an honest assessment of whether production in 2024 is still feasible.

Another 2-week wait. It'd better be good, otherwise it will become conclusive that they are a disaster, from the company to the management team.
