    From what I have translated, not so much new info. Pretty much the same optimism that it will transform Angola, production plan/capacity per year, 2024 is the year of transformation, GA project has excellent fundamentals, yada yada.

    He does say something about Angola needing to adapt its business environment to be more like other countries.

    Overall, I wouldn't pay too much attention to it.
