Either cap raise or negotiations with this potential investor needs to be finalized this month. If there's no end in sight for negotiations, then the oversubscribed cap raise gets finalized, disgruntled investors sell their shares and SP takes a nosedive. It'll suck hard, be at least we'll have money for operations and some of the construction while we scramble for alternative funding sources (or God forbid, another cap raise down the road)

Or if negotiations can be resolved this month and we get money for construction, I can't imagine it'll be a great deal on our end since the investor can look up MNBs financial report and see we're pressed for cash and they can leverage that to their advantage (e.g taking a bigger % ownership for the ammonia project).

At this point, I just want this over with and get on with construction.
