If this is the case, the discount shouldn't be more than 15-20% (I don't know the price at which it was raised, nust stating my expectation), don't you think? Why discount a lot when construction and production is imminent?

100% - the Cr should easily be completed at a premium to market price

If follow on news - construction and production is imminent - why would one have to give away shares

Its called being at the mercy of others - when cash has vanished IMO

25% dilution would be a disaster result if that's the case and still require $18m plus running costs plus interest in arrears before production
