I am of the opposite view - to me the longer it takes the more important it will be. Time needed for due diligence, negotations, formalising agreements and legal docs etc, and this all takes time, as opposed to a potential partner wanting in, completing some of those steps and then walking away in which case we would be back trading having completed the original oversubscribe CR as advised by some members on the threads.
