The information I recieved from the broker was that the original placement was oversubscribed and, pending the addition of a strategic investor, the placement will be increased. This was last Monday.
So what about the IDC loan - non dilution

Strategic investor may want shares, equity and options for their investment etc
Looks like this will go well beyond 1.1b SOI
Required $40m Australian for Construction ( if CAPEX remains the same ) and $10m plus running costs for 2024 - excluding any interest in arrears payments before production
IMO as we await the details
