You ask a lot of questions and make a lot of assumptions for someone who then tells people not to take advice from others on HC. Perhaps give the company a call, talk to the brokers, do some research outside of HC and let us all know how you go, rather than just repeat "dilution, SOI, cash burn, running costs, pie".
