    Timelines keep slipping while everyone is waiting on funding.

    If by the end of March we still haven't heard from IDC, I probably would contend that we are in big trouble on that front.

    Before the TH, I had chance of IDC funding around 70-80%. After the end of March, probably down to 20-30%.
