I wouldn't go that far in accusing fellow holders about what they posted. I just don't pay much attention to those and just wait for official info.

On your second point though, I do resonate with: I am also sick of the crap from this management as well, and my bar of tolerance has definitely been breached (I have been working in the professional services industry long enough to know the level of standards typically expected from a management team - and with the experience that I have had, I know that this team is really not it). I am patiently waiting for an appropriate price (not below 20c) so I can also move on, doing myself a favour and some die hard believers a favour as well from not having to listen to my crap. The past 3 years have been sufficient to show how well they have executed things. They are sitting on some tremendous opportunity, but at the same time made a lot of promises that they couldn't deliver (either on time or just on itself), so the noises and crap one has to put themselves through to see the fruitful end become too much to bear.
