I reckon they're just negotiating the terms with a significant investor, and the final signature on the terms is getting stalled in a way to squeeze a better deal out of us. Minbos just like "fine, we'll extend another week, ok another week, ok, another, 6 days, ok, we'll extend another 10 days..."
