One poster here often posts that Mnb is at the "mercy" of lenders like the IDC and thinks the IDC will change the loan terms.
Maybe it's the IDC owned Foscor that is at the mercy of Minbos with its high quality, low impurity phosphate. Mnb will source its own high quality phosphate from its own mine. It won't be at the mercy of others to supply any major raw inputs and as a fertiliser manufacturer with its own supply, it will benefit, not suffer, from periods of higher prices. Mnb will imminently be cashed up again and will soon be fully funded or close to fully funded for project capex. It has time to source any further working capital requirements, perhaps from the other non dilutive funding options that it has been pursuing, while using the cr cash and IDC funding to start construction. Before year end it will be in production. Hopefully it will also have announced a clear path forward for the green ammonia, ideally with a large partner to add credibility and investor confidence. Sentiment can change very quickly with a couple of good announcements. Im looking forward to coming out of suspension.
