That would mean secure the balance of funds for construction and running costs until production - larger CR

Or IDC or strategic investors could have asked for equity in phosphate project or shares - free options combination

Clearly the length of time taken would suggest that Lindsay is finding it difficult to execute a favourable deal for shareholders as landscape for risk has dramatically changed in recent times
