There are basically 4 things that can happen
1 They do a deal and announce it
happy days
2 Negotiations continue and we stay suspended until the deal is concluded
better than #4
3 Negotiations continue, we come out of suspension and announce we are still in negotiations with a 3rd party
again better than #4
4 Negotiations do not lead to a deal and we come out of suspension announcing the cap raise
not the end of the World, but would prefer one of the other 3 options.
