Does anyone subscribe to a satellite company offering a live view of Angola like Earthcam or Sky or something similar.
it would be interesting to see if there is an activity going on in regard to the plant build.
if Minbos has the confidence in this CR and whatever else is going on then there should be a heap of activity, roadworks, drainage and concrete going down.
