Need to secure entire funds - either CR or loans before coming out of suspension
Anything less will not be see as favourable
That's at least $50m - $60m for construction and running costs and interest in arrears so the market is assured that production is foreseeable in 6- 12 months time - not withstanding delays and unknowns ahead
For a current $70MC or so company that's some feat imo
