    Out of the possibilities for continuing a TH. I’m not sure a JV is top of the list. Negotiations would not prevent them from trading. Their stated reason is “working on finalising the cap raise” which must be true. Because it’s taking so long I imagine they’ve expanded the offering. So they need more money
