Assuming this thing (the strategic investor or whatever it is) doesn't eventuate, most of the Argonaut participants will almost certainly attempt to withdraw from the process unless they have already signed binding paperwork (and even then, they might try to wriggle out). The CPS participants have already handed over their cash so obviously they have no way of escaping. Not sure how much cash that will amount to though. Probably not more than several million.

@chuk earlier posts after TH - stated that CR was relatively small - not for construction completion etc

This now requires dilution or investor or fund provider equivalent to nearly entire current MC

$50m plus might not be enough for 2024 running and construction costs - hence detailed risks in annual report etc

The risks in annual report in every aspect were imo a warning of what will likely occur

Production in 2024 seems very unlikely
