The first is that CATH was in bed with AVZ at this time. AVZ presented at the forum (nov 21)

The second is that AVZ subsequently joined the DRC Battery Council



NOTE: No Comminiere, Zinjin or Dathcom...

As i've said before, Comminiere illegally sold 15% of their holding to Zinjin, they took the money and exectued the sale making it irrevocable by DRC law. The same applies for our 60% bought from Dathomir which the IGF said is irrovocable. The only way for the DRC to get back the 15% is via the international courts which over-rule the Local Courts, this ICC case will undo the transaction giving DRC a chance at 20% holding and simultaneously cleaning up the register giving us shareholder harmony

In the interim, the DRC is pushing along with the vision although in a typically unplanned, chaotic 3rd world process. AVZ is pushing the ISCID case to force action as ultimately shareholders are not happy waiting for DRC processes, we need action now and this is what has been asked for. AVZ signed up big investors in November and those investors must be in the boards ear daily...
