It shows the commitment of the partners who were already lined up before all of this kicked off.
It shows the continuity of our right to mine the resource under the law, and when combined with the battery council and economic zone privileges - it shows the government was complicit in all of this to a point where it can probably be deemed that they either caved to Chinese pressure or simply took bribes to attempt to cut us out of the resource.
