    Sale speculation
    The share sales come amid speculation that RCR, which successfully raised $90 million of capital in August and September to expand its renewable energy business and reported a $25.7 million net profit in 2016-17, has been looking for a buyer.

    Companies in the construction and engineering industry are believed to have been approached by RCR last year to see if they had any interest acquiring the Perth-based group.
