His 66% conversion was based on a peer review of similar deposits (all of which were in the 60-70% range). Peer analysis of deposits of similar nature and make up IS rational and measured.

But hey easy to their own! I can’t predict with 100% certainty whether the upgrade will be 5-7 or 8-10 or 66% or less (and neither can anyone else). However peer review is a great proxy so I’d rather go with that than just an opinion that this is “wildly optimistic” based on Australian measures and experience.

We’ll soon see who was right and I’ll celebrate regardless haha.

For people that are whining about the SP: gold has not particularly been on fire so sector sentiment is not conducive to help fire up the SP. Seems we are finishing the day positive on general negative market sentiment. Works for me!

In the past the share price took days to get moving after positive announcements. With this environment it may take longer and more announcements to get it going (or even the PEA and studies).
