Just to expand on my last post, originally GF was going to take 9.9% of LLL for $A106m or around US$68m. Instead they put US$137m towards the development of the project for getting 5% of LLL's share of the jv.
I'd rather GF have more of the project than be invested directly in LLL. That's my view though other holders may see it differently. It doesn't really matter what non holders think as it doesn't affect them.
