I'm starting to lean towards the very real possibility that arbitration may be forthcoming.

This TH has gone on far too long for meaningful & progressive discussions to have been taking place in my opinion.

As Gareth stated previously the JV continue to spend large sums of $$$ on the project. How long do we continue to maintain this holding pattern with complete radio silence from Leo management before more vigorous measures are initiated??

If arbitration is initiated it is certainly a lose/lose for both parties. Surely all funding/employment/construction/commissioning is halted until an outcome is reached, loss for Leo/the JV. No employment for locals/revenue/taxes/royalties for the Malian government. Their loss.

Two things are certain IMO. There can be no claim of a harmonious working relationship with the Malian government. That comment would be laughed out of the room. & secondly, this calamity has gone on far too long.
