The trading halt is not because of the Malian government, but because of Leo management. If they only would tell the ASX what is happening, the stock could be trading.Arbitration against what? What decision of the Malian authorities should they seek arbitration against? Has Leo management told you what the Malians problem is?
And forget not that you're now in the minority in the JV. If GF does not want Lithium de Mali to seek arbitration, the JV will not seek arbitration. Untill GF sees big issues, they will keep on building the mine. GF most certainly does not care about the old FFX-LLL problems (if that is what the problem is)
Wouldn't surprise me in the least if this is still suspended by the time commercial production is reached.
