Severely undervalued.
I guess you can write some of that off to geopolitical risk.
But they have all of the right organisations and Government onside, and have already proven they can get things done in this region.
Meanwhile, they have (or are proving up) a significant resource, in a country desperate for their product. Their market is literally on their doorstep.
The market will catch on at some point.
