NOR doesn't need people like this with no vision.

They expect massive numbers of downloaders to recommend and promote the company to friends and yet he won't even recommend or praise it to shareholders.

This company has so much happening "down the line".... so much potential for the near and distant future alike but he sees only that not enough happened this month. NOR will be all about improving and building momentum into the future NOT about happiness or disappointment in the short term.

To our departing friend I have one word in response... "Goodbye" ( though we ALL know he'll be back - for any number of reasons).

To the true believers as well as those able to see this a small (and even debatable) setback in the whole scheme of things I say "Hold on tight to this roller coaster... there will be short flat periods on the straights ... but wait until you see the hills!"
