    The top 3 grossing is irrelevant. What do you think people would spend on Apps in Ghana? It is only relevant when you know what the total Grossing $ is on all Apps per day in Ghana. If Ghana spends $100 on Apps a day, and someone spends $20 on World Phone, it might reach rank 3, but $20 is nothing, is it?
